 Quickenberry Lodge and Guesthouse is located on Terrace Downs Golf Resort in the High Country of Canterbury in the South Island of New Zealand. It provides accommodation for travellers who appreciate and desire old fashioned hospitality, friendly service and fine cuisine. It is personal, peaceful and private. It is on the doorstep of an exciting and largely unspoilt und undiscovered adventure playground high above the Rakaia river extending in one big sweep right up to the snowcapped Southern Alps of New Zealand.

Quickenberry Guesthouse is an ideal
base from which to explore the largely undiscovered Lake
Colerige Basin. Right from the lodge are numerous
walkways to rivers, lakes and mountain tarns with
beautiful views to hills and mountains. Over the summer
the tussock covered hills display a wonderful array of
alpine flowers. There are also many other
activities available such as golf and horse riding or
hot-air ballooning and jet-boating.

Christine and Robert Koller, the owners of Quickenberry Lodge and Guesthouse are from England and Switzerland respectively where they trained and worked for many years in tourism and hospitality. They also owned two very successful restaurants in New Zealand. They will pamper you with a special sort of hospitality which is not only one of the great
